Planning is well underway for Police Camp 2026, which will once again be hosted at St. Margaret’s School in March.
This camp has quickly become one of the Foundation’s signature programs, offering a week-long, immersive leadership experience that combines physical training, teamwork and hands-on learning with police officers and RCMP from across Greater Victoria.
Final participant interviews are now taking place, after another outstanding response from local students, with nearly 200 applications received for the 50 available spots.
Our partnership with St. Margaret’s School continues to be essential in providing an exceptional setting for Police Camp, including high-quality meeting spaces, dining facilities and safe overnight accommodations. Thanks to the generosity of donors and partners, including foundations, community organizations and individual supporters, Police Camp remains fully funded so that financial barriers never stand in the way of a deserving student’s participation.
Feedback from previous camps shows that participants leave with greater confidence, resilience and a stronger sense of connection to their communities and local police mentors.
